The Raintree Condominium Association Board of Directors Meeting will be held at the Club House on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 7PM. Agenda topics for the meeting include: discussion of insurance renewal with Phil Masi, the front entrance renovation, dumpster signs, the dryer vent letter, garden windows, lighting behind Buildings 5, 7, 9, 10 and 15, shut-off valves in older units, rotten door trim and Massey inspection dates (4/18 at 11am and 4/19 at 9am – all downstairs units).
