Raintree Pool Hours: 7:00AM – 11:00PM, Seven Days a Week
CLOSE DOWN UMBRELLAS WHEN YOU LEAVE THE POOL AREA

The pool is closed during storms.

It is important that all users have a current Raintree pool pass while in the pool area, and that all pool rules, which are posted in the pool area, are followed. The pool area is for Raintree residents only – no other communities within Ventura may use this pool. If your community does not have a pool, Ventura provides a community pool at the Clubhouse.

The pool area is the heart of the community and is heated during the winter months. There are also bathrooms, a hot tub (spa), and a shaded cabana.

You can download and print the pool rules (English and Spanish available) from the Documents and Forms section of this website.

For those of you who rent your place, please ensure that your renters are aware of the pool rules.

RAINTREE OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR GUESTS OR RENTERS USING THE POOL OR SPA (HOT TUB) AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE MAKE YOUR GUESTS AWARE OF THESE REGULATIONS.

If you see an infraction of the pool rules, contact Ventura Security at 407-380-5672. These rules are in place so that the pool area remains a safe and enjoyable environment. Thank you for your cooperation.
